Yes, if we have the room available, check-in may be authorized as early as 11am for a small fee of $20.

Yes, if there are no bookings on the room, a late check-out may be authorized for an extended-stay time charge of $10. Check-out time extended to 2pm.

We do not allow pets on the property at this time.

We do not have any smoking rooms nor do we permit smoking in any of our rooms at this time. Violators are subject to damage fines up to $100 or more.

Any items left behind will be held no more than 7 days, we ask that you communicate with us on pick up time and date.

Yes, we offer monthly rates to companies that secure 4 plus rooms. Occasionally we will offer monthly specials to individuals. They are a limited-time special that require direct booking and a security deposit. Please call to ask us if we are offering this special.

All monthly rate customers cannot book online, please call us to set up a review date.

Weekly rates are non-refundable. We ask that you choose the best rate that applies to you and your situation.

Secure a reservation online by selecting your date on the booking engine to check availability and pay a percentage of the rate.

Weekly rates are 7 days exactly. For example, Monday through Sunday or Wednesday through Tuesday. Please check the dates and make sure your days add up to increments of 7.

The system will charge you 1 weekly rate and 2 daily rates.

The gym is not open to the public at this time, private gym only for customers.

No on-site laundry at this time. Building will be added in the near future. Closest laundry mat is in town.

We do not have any rooms with kitchens. Air-fryers and crockpots are allowed in the room. Skillets are a fire hazard and causes rooms to lose power, not allowed. All rooms have microwaves, mini fridges and 12-cup coffee makers. Outside all the BBQ pits and wood logs are community, you’re welcome to use anytime.

• Non-perishable items left behind will be held for 30 days, then trashed or donated to local churches.
